• any loss of profits, revenue, or data,

arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or use the Services unlawfully.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, sections relating to liability, ownership, and dispute resolution will remain in effect.
